Для исследования взаимодействия различных факторов, влияющих на процесс отжима масла из семян тыквы, были применены математические методы планирования эксперимента. В качестве объекта исследования использовали семена тыквы (масличность 32-36 %). В статье приведены результаты экспериментального исследования процесса получения масла из семян тыквы в шнековом маслопрессе с помощью СО2-экстракции. Проведен статистический анализ экспериментальных результатов, статистическая и математическая модель процесса отжима масла, а также определены рациональные параметры влияющих факторов. Для исследования было применено центральное композиционное ротатабельное униформпланирование и был выбран полный факторный эксперимент.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes the process of pumpkin oilseeds crushing in a screw oil press using the method of planning a full-factor experiment. Mathematical methods of experiment planning were used in order to study the interaction of various factors affecting the process of oil extraction from pumpkin seeds. Pumpkin seeds (oil content 32-36%) were used as an object of the research. The article presents the results of an experimental study of the process of obtaining oil from pumpkin seeds in a screw oil press using CO2-extraction. A statistical analysis of the experimental results, a statistical and mathematical model of the oil extraction process was carried out, and rational parameters of the influencing factors were determined.
