Комбикорма выработаны были в условиях завода ТОО «Golden Fish.kz», исследование проводилось в Казахском НИИ перерабатывающей и пищевой промышленности г. Алматы. Проведены исследования по выявлению патогенной микрофлоры в 4 образцах сырья (рыбной муке, мясокостной муке, пшенице, рапсовом шроте) и в 3 образцах экструдированных комбикормов (комбикорм для нефритового окуня, для щуки и для судака). Анализ перечисленных объектов сырья показал, что обнаруженное общее микробное число патогенных микроорганизмов и условнопатогенных не превышают допустимых показателей. Анализ 3 образцов готового комбикорма показал, что образцы после экструдирования стерильны и результаты исследований санитарного состояния экспериментальных экструдированных кормов для рыб, свидетельствуют о том, что термообработка применяемая в процессе производства, обеспечивает безопасность комбикормов в отношении установленного микробиологического стандарта и соответствующие требования к качеству использования данных комбикормов для выращивания рыб. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the influence of the extrusion method on the sanitary condition of the finished compound feed, as well as studies of the quantitative and qualitative composition of the microflora of raw materials of plant and animal origin used in the production of compound feeds for valuable fish species (jade perch, pike, walleye). Compound feeds were developed in the conditions of the Golden LLP plant Fish.kz", the study was conducted at the Kazakh Research Institute of Processing and Food Industry in Almaty. Studies have been conducted to identify pathogenic microflora in 4 samples of raw materials (fish meal, meat and bone meal, wheat, rapeseed meal) and in 3 samples of extruded compound feeds (compound feed for jade perch, pike and walleye). The analysis of the listed raw materials objects showed that the detected total microbial number of pathogenic microorganisms and conditionally pathogenic do not exceed acceptable indicators.
