Одной из важнейших задач здравоохранения является обеспечение населения безопасными, эффективными, качественными и доступными лекарственными средствами. Актуальным остается анализ основных темпов развития отечественных лекарственных препаратов на фармацевтическом рынке Казахстана. Микрокапсулирование анализируется на физические, химические, физико-химические формы. С помощью микрокапсуляции можно решить следующие задачи: снизить реактивность лекарственных средств, продлить срок годности нестабильных и скоропортящихся лекарственных средств, снизить токсичность вещества, придать веществу новые физические свойства, уменьшить летучесть, изменить плотность, скрыть цвет, вкус, запах. Микрокапсулы позволяют обеспечить длительное действие лекарственных препаратов. Микрокапсулированием достигается: защита нестабильных лекарств от воздействия окружающей среды (витамины, антибиотики, ферменты, вакцины, сыворотки и т. д.); скрытие вкуса горьких лекарственных средств; выделение лекарственных средств в желаемой части желудочно-кишечного тракта (кишечнорастворимые микрокапсулы); до сих пор остается открытым вопрос получения высококачественных капсул со свойствами и характеристиками, которые растворяются в желаемой среде, сохраняют лечебный эффект и в то же время соответствуют требованиям потребителя (удобство использования, эффективность, приемлемая стоимость. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents an overview of the application of technologies and methods of microcapsules in modern pharmaceuticals and the food industry. One of the most important tasks of healthcare is to provide the population with safe, effective, high-quality and affordable medicines. The analysis of the main rates of development of domestic medicines in the pharmaceutical market of Kazakhstan remains relevant. Microcapsulation is analyzed for physical, chemical, physico-chemical forms. With the help of microcapsulation, the following tasks can be solved: to reduce the reactivity of medicines, extend the shelf life of unstable and perishable medicines, reduce the toxicity of the substance, give the substance new physical properties, reduce volatility, change density, hide color, taste, smell. Microcapsules make it possible to ensure the long-term effect of medicines.
