Важность процесс-ориентированного подхода для успешности любого предприятия достаточно хорошо освещена. Управление процессами, в особенности документооборотом в организации, чрезвычайно важно, так как используется в качестве инструмента для их анализа и улучшения. Хорошая организационная структура ведет к практике лучшего управления временем, качеством и затратами, тем самым улучшая производительность организации. Поскольку степень признания навыков коммуникации в строительной области остается низкой, остаются рекомендации по улучшению осведомленности и использования коммуникационных навыков со стандартизацией в сфере строительства. Проведен обзор и анализ предметной литературы по планированию и осуществлению коммуникаций. В результате сделан вывод, что стандартизация и принятые инструменты коммуникации играют значимую роль в установлении эффективного взаимодействия. Также очевидно, что существует необходимость в совершенствовании документации стандартов и инструментов коммуникации. Результаты включают совершенствование процессов взаимодействия и технологий проекта на различных функциональных уровнях, что может изменить организацию перспективных проектов, а именно как разрабатываются, планируются и реализуются бизнес-процессы и рабочие процедуры.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article highlights the elaboration of the concept of standardization, capable of improving the process of communication and document management as management tools. The importance of a process-oriented approach to the success of any enterprise is well covered. Process management, especially document management in an organization, is extremely important, as it is used as a tool for their analysis and improvement. A good organizational structure leads to the practice of better management of time, quality and costs, thereby improving the productivity of the organization. As the degree of recognition of communication skills in the construction field remains low, recommendations remain to improve awareness and use of communication skills with standardization in the construction industry. A review and analysis of the subject literature on the planning and implementation of communications. As a result, it was concluded that standardization and accepted communication tools play a significant role in establishing effective interaction. It is also obvious that there is a need to improve documentation of standards and communication tools.
