<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper presents a comprehensive performance analysis of a dual-band multiple-input multipleoutput (MIMO) antenna system for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Ensuring high-data-rate and reliable transmission between UAVs and ground control stations is one of the key challenges in modern wireless communications. Accordingly, the proposed antenna array is designed to operate stably in two frequency bands (dual-band mode). Numerical simulation results indicate that the array provides high isolation (23 dB and 19 dB) and wide impedance bandwidths (2.14-3.25 GHz and 5.4-7.4 GHz). These results suggest high data throughput, reduced mutual coupling between the elements, and efficient utilization of spectral resources. In addition, the radiation-pattern analysis yields favorable values of the envelope correlation coefficient and diversity gain, highlighting the importance of MIMO technology in improving spatial diversity and link reliability. The conclusions are based on numerical simulations; although the proposed design is promising for UAV communication systems, further prototype fabrication and experimental validation are required.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>БПЛА</kwd><kwd>антенна MIMO</kwd><kwd>антенна 2×2</kwd><kwd>двухдиапазонная антенна</kwd><kwd>монопольная антенна</kwd><kwd>микрополосковое питание</kwd><kwd>S-параметры</kwd><kwd>изоляция</kwd><kwd>взаимная связь (взаимное влияние)</kwd><kwd>коэффициент корреляции</kwd><kwd>коэффициент диверсификации</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>UAV</kwd><kwd>MIMO antenna</kwd><kwd>2×2 antenna</kwd><kwd>dual-band antenna</kwd><kwd>monopole antenna</kwd><kwd>microstrip feeding</kwd><kwd>S-parameters</kwd><kwd>isolation</kwd><kwd>mutual coupling</kwd><kwd>correlation coefficient</kwd><kwd>diversity gain</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Energy-efficient and secure air-to-ground communication with jittering UAV / H.
