В условиях стремительного роста EdTech-сектора и увеличения числа пользователей дошкольного и младшего школьного возраста возрастает потребность в качественном, инклюзивном и безопасном цифровом контенте. Исследование базируется на анализе научной и нормативной литературы, международных стандартов (ISO, COPPA, GDPR-K), а также практик стран с высоким уровнем цифровизации образования (США, Финляндия, Южная Корея, Австралия).Выделены ключевые технические и дизайнерские критерии, которым должны соответствовать детские образовательные приложения: адаптация под возрастные и когнитивные особенности детей, доступность и простота интерфейса, минимизация визуального и когнитивного шума, а также соблюдение принципов цифровой этики и приватности. Отдельное внимание уделяется вопросам UX-тестирования с участием целевой аудитории – детей, а также требованиям к лицензионной экспертизе приложений.Проанализированы примеры приложений, направленных на развитие навыков письма, с указанием их функций, платформ и языковой адаптации. В статье подчеркивается необходимость междисциплинарного подхода при разработке цифровых продуктов для детей, учитывающего как педагогические задачи, так и технические ограничения.Сделан вывод о необходимости дальнейшей разработки национальных и международных стандартов, особенно в свете интеграции технологий искусственного интеллекта в детские приложения. Представленная работа может служить методологической основой для исследователей, педагогов и разработчиков, работающих в области цифрового образования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a systematic review of modern requirements for the development of e-learning applications for children, covering aspects of content, UX/UI design and digital security. With the rapid growth of the EdTech sector and an increasing number of preschool and primary school age users, the need for highquality, inclusive and secure digital content is increasing. The study is based on an analysis of scientific and regulatory literature, international standards (ISO, COPPA, GDPR-K), as well as practices in countries with a high level of digitalization of education (USA, Finland, South Korea, Australia).The key technical and design criteria that children's educational applications must meet are highlighted: adaptation to the age and cognitive characteristics of children, accessibility and simplicity of the interface, minimization of visual and cognitive noise, as well as compliance with the principles of digital ethics and privacy. Special attention is paid to the issues of UX testing with the participation of the target audience – children, as well as the requirements for the licensed examination of applications.Examples of applications aimed at developing graphomotor skills are analyzed, indicating their functions, platforms, and language adaptation. The article highlights the need for an interdisciplinary approach in the development of digital products for children, taking into account both pedagogical tasks and technical limitations.It is concluded that there is a need for further development of national and international standards, especially in the light of the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into children's applications.
