С этой целью, используя сыворотку, полученную из коровьего молока при производстве творога и сыра в местных хозяйствах, были изготовлены два вида твёрдого мыла и два вида пастообразных моющих средств на основе натуральных растительных масел, таких как кокосовое и пальмовое масло. Применяя твёрдое мыло, полученное без добавления сыворотки, была создана паста с вязкой консистенцией, содержащая 76,4% сыворотки. Разработанные продукты рекомендованы к использованию в различных сферах бытовой жизни в качестве моющих средств. Эффективность паст на основе сыворотки оценивалась по показателям pH, степени омыления или пенообразования, сроку хранения и органолептическим свойствам с применением различных методов анализа. По результатам исследования, все полученные продукты продемонстрировали качественные характеристики и эффективность при очистке как лабораторного оборудования, загрязнённого химическими веществами, так и различных бытовых загрязнённых жирных поверхностей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Currently, an important issue is exploring ways to utilize whey – a secondary by-product of various dairy production facilities – as a valuable product in industrial applications. For this purpose, whey extracted from cow's milk during local production of cheese and curd was used to create two types of solid soap and two types of viscous paste products, based on natural vegetable oils such as coconut and palm oil. By using solid soaps made without whey, a viscous detergent paste containing 76.4% whey was developed. The resulting products are proposed for use in various areas of household cleaning. The effectiveness of the whey-based pastes as cleaning agents was evaluated by analyzing pH levels, saponification or foaming capacity, shelf life, and organoleptic properties using a range of methods.
