В рамках государственной программы «Цифровой Казахстан» и других национальных стратегий страна стремится создать инновационные решения в области биотехнологий, агрохимии, химической технологии и фармацевтики. Особое внимание уделяется растениям, которые могут стать источниками полезных веществ. Исследования растений, таких как Calligonum setosum Litv., особенно актуальны в условиях наращивания внутренних фармацевтических мощностей.</p><p>В статье приведены данные по изучению аминокислотного и жирнокислотного состава растительного сырья Calligonum setosum Litv. (жузгун щетинистый), произрастающего на территории Казахстана. Исследование выявило высокое содержание аминокислот, включая глутаминовую и аспарагиновую кислоты, а также полиненасыщенных жирных кислот, таких как γлиноленовая кислота. Проведен анализ товароведческих характеристик, технологических параметров и оценка содержания тяжелых металлов. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о возможности применения данного растения для выделения веществ в их чистом виде, а также для разработки фармацевтических препаратов и биологически активных добавок. Эти данные могут стать основой для дальнейших исследований и разработки новых методов переработки растительного сырья. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The study of the chemical composition of plants and their use to produce pharmaceuticals and biologically active additives are becoming increasingly important in the context of the development of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Within the framework of the state program «Digital Kazakhstan» and other national strategies, the country is dedicated to creating innovative solutions in biotechnology, agrochemistry, chemical technology, and pharmaceuticals. Special attention is paid to plants, which can become sources of useful substances. Research on plants such as Calligonum setosum Litv. is especially relevant in the context of increasing domestic pharmaceutical capacities.</p><p>The article presents data on the study of the amino acid and fatty acid composition of plant material Calligonum setosum Litv., which grows on the territory of Kazakhstan. The study revealed a high content of amino acids, including glutamic and aspartic acids, as well as polyunsaturated fatty acids such as γ-linolenic acid. An analysis of the commodity, evaluation of heavy metal content, and assessment of technological parameters were carried out. The results indicate the potential of using this plant for isolating substances in their pure form, as well as for developing medicines and biologically active additives.
