Рассматриваются ключевые метрики, такие как OEE (общая эффективность оборудования), MTBF (среднее время наработки на отказ), MTTR (среднее время восстановления), производительность труда и затраты на единицу продукции, которые помогают предприятиям измерять и анализировать производительность. Особое внимание уделено таким программным решениям, как SAP ERP, Siemens Tecnomatix и 1С, их функциональности, возможностям интеграции, стоимости и простоте внедрения. Приведен сравнительный анализ этих решений по ряду параметров. Также рассмотрены примеры успешного внедрения программных инструментов на предприятиях, что привело к значительному улучшению производственных показателей, таким как сокращение затрат и повышение производительности. Рассматриваются возможности адаптации и модульности систем для удовлетворения специфических нужд предприятий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article conducts a comprehensive study of modern software tools for evaluating the efficiency of production processes. Key metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), labor productivity, and unit production costs are considered, which help enterprises measure and analyze performance. Particular attention is given to software solutions such as SAP ERP, Siemens Tecnomatix, and 1C, their functionality, integration capabilities, cost, and ease of implementation. A comparative analysis of these solutions based on a number of parameters is provided. Examples of successful implementation of software tools in enterprises are also considered, which led to a significant improvement in production indicators, such as cost reduction and increased productivity.
