В статье рассматривается процесс разработки и внедрения мобильного приложения, предназначенного для автоматизации управления посещаемостью студентов Astana IT University. Приложение реализовано с использованием технологий React Native для кроссплатформенной разработки, что позволяет эффективно работать на устройствах с различными операционными системами, такими как Android и iOS. Для управления базами данных используется облачная платформа Firebase, обеспечивающая надежное хранение и быструю обработку данных. Одним из важных факторов приложения является его масштабируемость. Для реализации гибкости и масштабируемости приложения, а также связи с системой управления обучения, было решено использовать технологию REST API.

Описаны этапы проектирования архитектуры, выбор технологий, алгоритмы обработки данных, визуализация и обеспечение безопасности. При выборе технологий учитывались такие факторы, как удобство использования, скорость разработки и безопасность данных. Особое внимание уделялось алгоритмам обработки данных и их визуализации, чтобы представить пользователям интуитивно понятный интерфейс для отслеживания посещаемости.

Приложение значительно улучшает взаимодействие между студентами и преподавателями с учебной системой, упрощая процесс контроля посещаемость, и обеспечивая прозрачность и автоматизацию процесса учета посещаемости. Разработанное приложение также уменьшает ручной труд и уменьшает вероятность человеческой ошибки.

The article deals with the process of development and implementation of a mobile application, designed to automate the attendance management of students of Astana IT University. The stages of architecture design, technology selection, data processing algorithms, visualization and security are described. Factors such as usability, speed of development, and data security were considered when selecting technologies. Special attention was paid to data processing algorithms and data visualization to present users with an intuitive interface for tracking attendance.

The application significantly improves the interaction between students and faculty with the learning system, simplifying the process of attendance tracking, and providing transparency and automation of the attendance process. The developed application also reduces manual labor and reduces the possibility of human error.
