В статье рассматриваются причины применения ботов социальных сетей в деятельности учебной кафедры и способ их создания на примере бота для Telegram. Для создания бота применяется язык программирования Python и библиотека telebot. В статье показан способ получения бесплатного токена с помощью BotFather, для Telegram-бота.Рассматриваются основные команды синтаксиса библиотеки telebot, которая представляет удобные инструменты для создания и управления функционалом работы Telegramбота, включая передачу обычных сообщений-ответов в формате текста, сообщений-ответов в формате видео или рисунков. Использование данных команд и функций позволит организовать работу бота. Использование данных команд позволяет организовать эффективное взаимодействие между ботом и пользователем.Боты позволят обучающимся быстро получать ответы на частозадаваемые вопросы. Применение ботов учебных кафедр позволит также абитурентам узнать информацию о необходимой специальности. Кроме того, использование таких ботов может значительно упростить связь между руководством школы и ответственными за профориентационную работу ВУЗ-а, что делает их важным инструментом в образовательной сфере. Вышесказонное показывает, что боты являются важным инструментом в образовательной сфере, способствующие повышению качества обслуживания и информирования.

The article discusses the reasons for the use of social network bots in the activities of the academic department and the method of their creation on the example of a bot for Telegram. The Python programming language and telebot library are used to create the bot. The article shows the method of obtaining a free token with the help of BotFather, for Telegram-bot.The basic syntax commands of the telebot library are considered. The library provides convenient tools for creating and managing Telegram-bot functionality, including transmission of ordinary messages-responses in text format, messages-responses in video or picture format. Using these commands and functions will allow you to organise the bot's work. The use of these commands and features will allow you to organise effective interaction between the bot and the user.Bots will allow students to quickly get answers to frequently asked questions. The use of bots of academic departments will also allow applicants to find out information about the required speciality. In addition, the use of such bots can greatly simplify communication between the school administration and those responsible for career guidance work of the university, which makes them an important tool in the educational sphere. The above shows that bots are an important tool in the educational sphere, contributing to the improvement of the quality of service and information.
