Известно, что применяемые в стране методы переработки некоторых нефтеотходов экономически неэффективны. Применение нефтешламов как вторичного сырья представляется одним из основных направлений в использовании их при модификации битумов и имеет большое практическое значение. В научно-исследовательской работе изучался состав и свойства нефтяных шламов Мангистауской области и возможность их потенциального использования для получения модифицированных битумов. Из проведенного лабораторного исследования установлено, что можно применять нефтешламы в качестве наполнителя при модификации битумов в сочетании со специальными модификаторами. В полученных образцах выявлено улучшение качества полученной смеси. Такой подход решает экологические проблемы по утилизации нефтеотходов. Результаты исследования подтверждают, что выбранные нефтешламы по своим физико-химическим характеристикам пригодны для использования в модифицировании дорожно-строительных материалов. Представленная принципиальная технологическая схема модификации битумов нефтешламами позволяет нивелировать проблему утилизации нефтяных отходов с получением полимерно-битумного вяжущего и позволяет включить заключенный в нефтешламах ресурсный потенциал в технологический процесс.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Currently, scientists around the world are considering the possibility of using oily sludge as a secondary raw material for various purposes. It is known that the current methods in the country for processing some oil waste are not economically efficient. The use of oily sludge as a secondary raw material seems to be one of the main directions in their use in the modification of bitumen and is of great practical importance. The research work studied the composition and properties of oily sludge from the Mangystau region and how they could potentially be used to produce modified bitumen. From a laboratory study, it was established that oily sludge can be used as a filler when modifying bitumen together with special modifiers. The obtained samples showed an improvement in the quality of the obtained mixture. This approach solves environmental problems related to oil waste disposal. The results of the study confirm that the selected oily sludges, due to its physical and chemical characteristics, is suitable for use in modifying road building materials.
